The Tiverton Art Society, affectionately referred to as “TAS,” is the ideal art group for individuals seeking to connect with others who share a passion for art.

Both novice and professional artists will find something to suit their interests within our art community.

TAS 10

1. Monthly meetings with demonstrations and talks from local professional artists. Meet the artists, ask questions, see how they do what they do
2. All skill levels welcome, from total beginner to professional artist, we can all learn something from each other
3. Weekday painting groups for all skill levels. Paint, chat and learn in a friendly group environment
4. Four Saturday full day workshops a year, run by a professional artist. Open to all, whatever skill level you are at
5. Non-selection exhibitions, if you enter a work, it gets displayed. You prioritise your work, just in case we can‘t show all due to lack of space
6. Informal sketching days in the local area
7. Meet liked minded people who have a passion to create art
8. All traditional media practised, including 3D and digital
9. Opportunity for all members to exhibit works in TAS related events, such as Tiverton hospital and TivyHub
10. £20 annual membership fee, additional reasonable costs for painting groups, Saturday workshops, exhibition entry and painting holiday
