About

Born in London, where I was home educated, and grew up visiting Devon every summer on holiday, where from a young age, my love of art was kindled. Countless hours were spent in museums, galleries, and gardens, admiring the craftsmanship and beauty that lay around me. I first started to explore the idea of being an artist through silversmithery. It was then that I realised I was desperate to be an artist of the fine arts. I fell in love with watercolour first, enjoying how detailed and delicate it could be. Then I discovered oils and the many styles one could achieve with the medium.

I’ve done various courses with different artists and art schools across London, and as an adult, I’m currently studying at London Fine Art Studios. My love of art and all things beautiful continues to grow as I carry on painting.

As a young artist, I hope to bring a modern twist to my favourite classics, reminiscing the Dutch Masters and British Watercolours.

~Why paint what I paint~

There’s that moment when you stumble across a painting, and you feel like you’ve seen it before, not because it’s famous but because it reminds you of all that you love in life. The thought that I may one day do the same for someone through one of my paintings is what I truly love about my work.
