About the artist

I’m an enthusiastic nature lover and explorer of life, which I enjoy expressing in paint.  I paint what moves me and do it to the point of satisfaction or acceptance of defeat! … some things just don’t make a good picture. 

I’m an experimental amateur and will try anything to see the effects, although I am sticking with acrylics for now to gain more proficiency.  Painting gives me a good balance to my work and other demands of life, as I can get absorbed in the creative process and refresh my soul with the appreciation of the beauty around me.
